With support of PEHB, Lagermax Logistics Austria GmbH has taken over the Dutch logistics group MOL Cargo. MOL Cargo is a logistics company that, in addition to classic transport and logistics solutions, has built up great know-how in motorcycle logistics over decades. The company has its headquarters in Tiel, Netherlands, and another location in the port of Rotterdam, as well as a branch in Gent, Belgium. MOL Cargo has over 50,000 m\u00b2 of storage and logistics space and operates regular Western European transports with its own fleet.<\/p>\n
Lagermax has been legally advised by PEHB as Transaction Counsel. “With this transaction, Lagermax is further expanding the successful business area of two-wheeler logistics. We wish Lagermax every success in further strengthening their European logistics network.<\/em>” says Michael Pressl<\/a>, who has been primary responsible for the transaction.
